Minimum purchase
A minimum amount of $40 is required for delivery of flowers, gifts, balloons, chocolates, wine, confectionery bouquets, baby gifts, hampers etc.

Standard / Deluxe/Supreme
These are the size options available for most products. Standard is the minimum while Deluxe is the preferred option.  The Supreme option is only offered on products whose size or value can genuinely be increased to the stated value.

By sending an order through this web site you are placing an offer to purchase selected products at the prices shown on this web site.  We will endeavour to keep our information as accurate as possible. However, where a problem occurs, we will contact you and provide you with your options. We will not debit your credit card until we are happy that we can supply your order at a mutually agreed pricing. Processing of your payment and shipping of the goods indicates our acceptance of your offer to purchase.

Delivery Time Frame
Please place orders by 17:00 for next day delivery, and by 09:00  for same day delivery.  Where possible, urgent same day delivery orders should be phoned through so arrangements can be made.  Otherwise we will deliver the next day or on the scheduled date you indicate in the space provided as you place the order.

We do not deliver on Sundays
